Take the path upward

Think of a coach as a guide. A coach isn’t going to take you down a path with you following. But, we will catch you when you fall and cheer you on as you make strides. Attune Coaching Group partners with you to bring harmony to your work and home life. Coaches are committed to helping individuals, teams, and organizations increase their impact by being more in tune with themselves and the world around them.

Harmony makes small things grow, lack of it makes great things decay.

We encourage you as you find your own path

What do I believe?

  • I believe you can do this work and are capable of transformation. This is not therapy - rather we coach you to realize your own potential. If there isn’t growth and progress, we’ll bow out.

  • There are no one-size-fits-all processes or outcomes in this journey. Every client is treated to a hands-on, experience-driven approach customized to fit how you best learn.

  • Real growth radiates outward from inside. When your mindset and actions are working in harmony you will feel different… better. We can’t do this work for you - this personal growth is your work.

  • Good management starts with good leadership. When you’re dedicated to learning how to be a better leader, you’re on your way to becoming a better manager. We can coach you, but the outcome of that process is in your hands.

  • Teams are unique. The dynamics of every team and every organization are learned over time. Values, culture and attitude, communication and collaboration styles, performance management - each of these key behaviors can introduce dissonance. We help you cut through the clutter to actionable solutions.

  • I believe in telling you the truth, even if it costs us your business.
We will not just tell you what you want to hear because that isn’t why we’re here. We have the courage, conviction, and ethics to tell you the truth in service of what we think is best for you.

  • I believe we’re not a good fit for everyone. We know some potential clients will have issues with our process, our methods, or our values. That’s OK. If we don’t harmonize, we’ll refer you to one of our competitors.

How do we harmonize with our clients?

We collaborate with you to deeply understand your needs and goals. Your best results will come from a customized approach that works best for you.

Our work starts by building relationships with our clients and creating a safe space. With humor and without judgment, we ask the tough questions, call forth what needs to come to light, challenge limiting beliefs, and hold you accountable to your innate magnificence.

We aim to develop a habit of resonant choice. When you aren’t in tune, it can be hard to judge motivation and dedication, let alone passion - as things can sometimes just run on autopilot. Resonant choice refers to choices you make that are driven by your passion and your mission. We help you connect to and live resonant choice by developing your personal insight through tough questions, clarifying and creating themes around the “big why”, and identifying and owning your strengths and weaknesses.
